Conductive silicone is made by adding conductive carbon, silver, nickel, silvered glass, silvered aluminum, graphite or other conductive materials to the silicone to make the silicone conductive and without losing the characteristics of elastomers, high temperature resistance, and chemical resistance. By adjusting the formula, we can also provide semiconductor silicone plate.
Applications
Electromagnetic shielding or systems that need to balance high potential gradients in high voltage systems, acts as a low amperage conductor in RMI/EFI gaskets, electronics and other applications provide EMI immunity and watertight sealing in narrow structures, can also be used for EMP protection, Waveguide Applications and ESD Protection.
